User Experience (UX) is the Sibling of Quantitative Analysis
User Experience or UX is defined as a person’s perceptions and responses that result from the use or anticipated use of a product, system or service. User experience also includes all of the users’ emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, physical and psychological responses, behaviors and accomplishments that occur before, during and after use. There are three identified factors that influence User Experience: System, User and the Context of Use.
We believe that pairing the Qualitative data of UX with Quantitative data of technical analysis and testing, such as A/B Testing and Multivariate testing is formula for Successful Digital Optimization.
